Drone & aerial

The view that sells the lake life

A ground camera cannot show the shoreline, the acreage, or the view off the deck. One aerial puts the property in context before a buyer ever steps inside.

Commercial

Interiors that do the selling before the pitch

Commercial buyers read a space in the first photo. We shoot the exterior, entry, and working spaces so the property looks ready before the tour, the visit, or the sales conversation.

The walkthrough they watch before they book

Photos earn the first click. A walkthrough keeps the buyer or guest oriented once they care, showing how the rooms connect and where the outdoor spaces sit.

Only real estate

We shoot listings, and only listings

Plenty of photographers list real estate next to weddings and portraits. We do one thing: residential and commercial listings, and the aerial photo and video that show where a property sits.

That focus is the whole point. Real estate has its own craft, and shooting it every week is the difference between photos that fill a gallery and photos that sell the property.

Light that holds the windows

We shoot and edit in HDR so the room and the view outside are both exposed, not one or the other. A single natural-light frame loses one of them.

Straight lines, honest space

Verticals stay plumb and wide shots stay true, so a room reads the way it really is instead of warped.

Composed to sell

We frame for the buyer’s decision: the flow, the space, and the amenity that matters, rather than a pretty portrait.

A full set that matches

Thirty to forty photos consistent in light and color, delivered next day, sized for the MLS.

Licensed in the air

Drone work is flown under an FAA Part 107 license, which commercial aerial photography legally requires.

Why a specialist beats a generalist

From above

Where the listings sit on the lake

The extra mile

The details you never notice, until they are missing

On every shoot I go a step beyond the obvious: the small, unseen things that quietly change how a room reads in photos.

Little things like:

  • Putting soaps, trash bins, and countertop clutter out of sight
  • A quick wipe of a window or mirror when it needs one
  • Setting the blinds so the light comes in right
  • Straightening a blanket or cushion that is clearly out of place
  • Lids down, a lamp on where a room needs it, and stray cords tucked out of frame

A rushed photographer walks in, shoots, and leaves. I slow down and fix what needs fixing, because it shows up in the photos. Better photos mean more clicks, more showings, and a better chance of selling the home.
