Virtual staging is $25 per photo. You pick the rooms that need it, so a vacant listing can be furnished for far less than physical staging costs for a single month.
How is virtual staging different from physical staging?
No furniture moves. We add realistic furnishings to the photo itself, so an empty room reads as a living space online. It is faster and cheaper, and it shows the buyer how the room is meant to be used.
Which rooms should I stage?
