Bright living room in a Branson home, the kind of space virtual staging furnishes when it is empty

Virtual staging

Empty rooms buyers can still picture

Digitally furnished photos for vacant Branson and Table Rock Lake listings. The buyer sees a home, not a blank floor.

Virtual staging is a photo editing service for vacant Branson and Table Rock Lake listings. Alexana Photography adds realistic furniture to empty room photos so buyers can picture the space online. The cost is $25 per photo, and you choose which rooms get it.

The furnishings stay realistic and to scale, and you get the true empty room too, so nobody is surprised at the showing. Staged photos arrive with your gallery, next day.

“An empty room sells a floor plan. A staged room sells a life. Buyers make offers on the second one.”

How it works

From empty to furnished

We shoot the room clean

Every vacant room is photographed the same careful way, so the staged version starts from a true, well-lit frame.

You pick the rooms

Stage only what needs it. Most listings stage the living space and primary bedroom, at $25 per photo.

Both versions delivered

You get the staged photo and the true empty room, so the listing is honest and the buyer is never surprised.

Questions

What agents ask before booking

What does virtual staging cost?

Virtual staging is $25 per photo. You pick the rooms that need it, so a vacant listing can be furnished for far less than physical staging costs for a single month.

How is virtual staging different from physical staging?

No furniture moves. We add realistic furnishings to the photo itself, so an empty room reads as a living space online. It is faster and cheaper, and it shows the buyer how the room is meant to be used.

Which rooms should I stage?

The rooms a buyer pictures themselves in first: the main living space, the primary bedroom, and any room whose purpose is unclear when it is empty. You choose room by room.

Will buyers know the photo is staged?

Virtual staging is a marketing tool, not a trick. We keep the furnishings realistic and to scale, and the empty room is always available so nobody is surprised at the showing.

Pick the rooms that need context most.

The main living space and the primary bedroom are usually the right call. Stage by the photo at $25 each, and skip the rooms that read fine without furniture.
