Virtual decluttering
Buyers see the space, not the stuff
Remove clutter, personal items, cars, and even people from listing photos, so the room is what the buyer looks at.
An occupied home photographs with everything in it: the mail on the counter, the trash bin, the car in the driveway. Virtual decluttering removes those distractions from the photo, so a buyer sees the space instead of someone else’s things.
It is priced per photo based on how much needs to come out. Tell us the rooms, and we quote it before any editing starts.
Before and after
The same room, minus the distractions

What comes out
Distractions we can remove
Clutter and personal items
Mail, dishes, toiletries, trash bins, cords, and the small stuff that pulls a buyer’s eye off the room.
Cars and driveways
The car in the driveway or the neighbor’s truck, cleared so the exterior reads as the property, not the street.
People and reflections
A person caught in frame or a reflection in a mirror or window, removed so the focus stays on the space.
Questions
What agents ask before booking
What does virtual decluttering cost?
It is priced per photo, based on how much needs to come out. Tell us the rooms and send the shots, and we quote it before any editing starts.
What can you remove from a photo?
Clutter and personal items, trash bins and soaps left in frame, cords and remotes, cars in the driveway, and people or reflections. If it pulls a buyer's eye away from the space, it can usually come out.
Is decluttering the same as virtual staging?
No. Virtual staging adds furniture to an empty room. Decluttering removes what is already there from an occupied one. Some listings use both: declutter the lived-in rooms, stage the empty ones.
Is it honest to edit listing photos this way?
It is a marketing tool, not a way to hide a problem. We remove distractions like clutter and cars, not permanent features a buyer needs to know about. The goal is to show the space clearly, the same reason we tidy on the shoot.
Clear the clutter from the listing.
