Get the house camera-ready in twenty minutes

We photograph a lot of properties around Branson, and the biggest quality difference from shoot to shoot is not light or gear. It is whether anyone spent twenty minutes preparing the space.

The short version: cars out of the driveway, trash cans hidden, every lightbulb working, blinds open, counters clear, beds made, and all evidence of pets put away. The camera finds whatever you stash under the bed, so do not stash it under the bed.

Kitchens and bathrooms carry the most weight. Clear the fridge door completely, get the dish soap out of sight, put the toilet lids down, and hang a fresh roll. Small things, but they read loud at full resolution.

We keep the full room-by-room list on our pre-shoot checklist page, and we send it to every client before a shoot. Work through it once and the photos take care of themselves.
